Acceptance

Latte Spy ("we", "us") provides a crowd-sourced guide to café prices through this website and our iOS app (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

Prices shown are community-submitted estimates, not offers, quotes, or guarantees. Actual prices are set by each café and may differ. Use the information at your own discretion.

Your contributions

When you report a price you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute your contributions as part of the Service. Do not submit false, misleading, unlawful, or abusive content.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no scraping at scale, attempts to break authentication or rate limits, automated submission of fake reports, or interfering with other users. We may remove content or restrict access to protect the Service.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that prices are accurate or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Latte Spy is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
